3 Bay Garage Attached to House

This is a simple 32×64 pole building attached to a house. It has 16’ sidewalls. The building colors are: Evergreen roof, Tan sides, Evergreen trim/fascia/soffit. The building has 12” overhangs on all sides of roof. The roof pitch is 4/12; the pre-engineered trusses are set 4’ oc. There are three green 10×10 Clopay (Model 4050) garage doors with raised panels. The entry doors were our standard 3068 9 lite. The double hung windows were stacked vertical on the back wall to take advantage of the views. We didn’t do any interior finishings. There is a 5 ½” concrete floor with a 3’ apron. We installed snow guards on both sides of the roof.
