Garage with Lean to & Loft

This is a 30×36 two car garage has 16’ sidewalls. It has a black metal roof, gray siding, charcoal wainscoting, charcoal trim, fascia, & soffit, white doors and windows. 12” overhangs on the eaves and gables. The roof has a 4/12 pitch: pre-engineered trusses 4’ oc. The 4’ wainscoting helps break up the tall walls. The garage doors are an 8×7 & 12×10 Haas Model 680. The entry door is a 3068 9 lite with rot proof jambs. This customer put a 10×30 loft in the back of the building to maximize storage. It has a 3/4” plywood floor and a stairway. There is an 8x36x8 lean-to on the right side of the building that has a finished ceiling. The lean-to posts are 6×6’s with black metal brackets. We put snow guards on the main roof and lean-to roof. We finished the interior with insulation (r-19) and liner panel on the walls and ceiling. The homeowner added the rope detail for the railing.
