3 Car 2 Story Gambrel Garage

Sharp looking 3 car garage with attic space. The garage has a Gambrel truss. The attic size is 16x36x8. The building colors used were Scarlet red roof/trim/fascia, White vinyl soffit, White doors and windows. We put Condenstop on the roof (vapor barrier). The garage door side has a 4’ roof overhang; the rest of the roof has 12” overhangs. The pre-engineered trusses are 2’ oc with a 16/12 roof pitch. The garage doors are Haas 9000 Series. I love the black hardware detail. This build has eight 3×4 double hung windows with grids. The exterior deck is 10×10. It has a treated railing and stairs. The snow guards are on both sides of the roof. Complete with a 5 ½” concrete floor and 4’ concrete apron.
