We built this nice 60x80x16 pole building for a local township. There is a 16×60 loft that serves as storage and office space. The interior office space got framed and insulation. The rest of the building got insulation and liner panel on the walls and ceiling. The colors they went with were a red roof, red trim/fascia/soffit, Ivory sides, Light Stone wainscoting. 12” overhangs on the Eaves and Gables. The wainscoting is 4’ on all sides. The pre-engineered trusses are 4’ oc with a 4/12 roof pitch. It has three Clopay (Model 3200) garage doors, five 3068 9 lite entry doors, and five 3×4 double hug windows. The building has a concrete floor and apron. Snow guards installed on both sides of the roof.
