This customer didn’t skip out of his 40×60 garage with attic space above. The main garage has 12’ sidewalls. There are 12” overhangs on the eaves and gables. I love the black metal roof with the burnished slate siding with the stone and wood accents. We used TandoStone (Glacier Bay color) for the wainscoting. It is a vinyl stone. There are two four foot dormers in the attic that are covered in the stone as well. The size of the attic is 16x60x8. There is condenstop (vapor barrier) on the roof to prevent condensation. The garage doors are a beautiful Ash color (Haas 700 Series). We installed two woodgrain entry doors. The lean-to is 10x40x8 and has a finished metal ceiling. The pre-engineered trusses are 2’ oc with a 7/12 roof pitch. We installed snow bars on both sides of the main roof.
